Computer science is the most popular course in the IT Sector. Mostly, class 12th students choose computer science as a career. Currently, it is like a trend in India because after choosing this, you will get many career options like computer scientist, information systems manager, networking specialist, Software engineer etc.

After 12th Class, you can go for BTech Computer Science or BSc Computer Science.

Like every science student, I was a dream to study in IITs so I already appeared in IIT JEE Exam.

But, a big question raised in front of me is that if I pass IIT JEE with good marks then Which stream I want to choose for graduation during counselling.

So, before declaring the IIT JEE Result, I started proper research and at last I found some factors like –

• Select only that stream in which you are interested already.

• Check every prospect & drawback of your selected stream.

• Know that your college has placements in your stream.

• Try to talk about students who already have select same stream. (It can be a little bit difficult, but you can find out on internet and connect via the social media channels).

After focusing on all the above points, I have decided that I will choose Computer Science stream after clearing the IIT JEE. And then finally result is declared.

Yeah! I selected for IIT JEE in just one chance. My happiness was at another level because I was first child in my family who cleared IIT JEE in just one attempt.

Now the time to fill the counselling form and I filled the Computer science stream and it was just like my dream come true when counselling result declared, and I secured my seat in IIT Bhubaneswar.

To be eligible for this program, you must have completed 10+2 with the minimum 75% marks (for gen). This requirement may vary for other private colleges.

On the successful completion of the program, one can start working as:
